Fundraiser (Tanzania) Qualified candidates should have prior experience in fundraising. Experience with child sponsorship programs is preferred but not required. Candidates should possess strong persuasive communication skills, the ability to build and maintain a robust network of relationships, and a proven track record in generating new donations.
